The goal of this mini-project was to take measurements from a stable process. We chose to measure the time it took a paper ``helicopter'' to fall a distance of 100 inches. Six groups, made of all pairs of group members as releasers and timers of the helicopter, each obtained ten drop times. The data showed no evidence of process instability. Substantial within and between group variation was observed. The latter was the result of much shorter overall times when Wolverine was the releaser.
