In order to obtain observations from a stable process, we chose to observe the time a paper ``helicopter'' took to hit the floor when dropped from a distance of 100 inches. A diagram of how to construct the helicopter is shown in Figure 1. To our helicopter we added a small paper clip at the bottom to hold the base together.
